When you place your order from us, your payment through PayPal is sent and we will send your unit out to you. We ship by Canada Post and in Quebec it is a 2-3 day delivery. Add 1 day for Ontario and the Maritimes and a few more further out west. Once it has shipped we will send you an email with notice of shipping. Canada Post is the only method we use to ship. It is less expensive and reliable. We have fixed shipping and handling charges that will be added to your total automatically when you check out.
Sales Taxes and duties. Since the goods are already in Canada you do not have to pay for brokerage fees, duties and customs that can easily double the cost of what you bought from a US store. We charge only the PST for Quebec residents and GST for all others including Quebec.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you will need to contact us by email for an RA (return authorization). You are required to send it back in the original packaging. We will refund your cost of the unit minus shipping and handling. We offer a 90 day satisfaction warranty.
If for any reason we are out of inventory with a selected item we will advise and hold the item on back order or you may choose another and pay the difference or get a credit for the difference. We are always getting stock in and it is rare that we are out.
